Hotel 101 Ulu Tiram

The hotel was overbooked for Raya and we did our reservations way earlier. But they admitted their mistake for the situation and gave us an upgrade to a bigger room and bed (family suite). So we're content with the offer and glad it was sorted out.

The room is clean and adequate. Bed Mattress could use a change as it is already very soft and limp. I would also appreciate if construction work is not done during normal hours. Notices should be given if there are constructions are being carried out on website so that we can avoid the timing.
